ANIL UZUN Teaches Cooking Techniques II: Seafood

ANIL UZUN, the award-winning chef will start teaching a MasterClass on Zoom that will be exclusive to the people who have the goal to become professional chefs. The famous chef and restaurant administrator will teach fundamental cooking techniques on live broadcast. The live lessons will feature a Q&A part where the participants will have the opportunity to chat with the famous chef himself. 

ANIL UZUN says “Seafood is very hard to cook. A lot of people find it hard to master at seafood preparation. But believe me it’s not that hard if you follow the simple rules and know the techniques. In this second part of the cooking technique classes on Zoom, I will introduce a few preparations that will let the students enjoy cooking their seafood in every way.”

Cooking Techniques II: Seafood will be ANIL UZUN’s second online cooking class where he will teach his students the underlying techniques of making great food. 

“Online lessons will be better than a cookbook.” says ANIL UZUN. “I aim to teach people how to go beyond a cookbook. This is the motto of my cooking techniques classes series on Zoom. I will teach them how to cook mussels, shrimp, oysters and fish. I will let my students bring Michelin star-quality meals to their kitchen.” says ANIL UZUN. 

The topics on the lessons will include, preparing cookware, sourcing ingredients, cleaning and cutting, seasoning to eliminate sour, rancid, fishy, or ammonia odors. 

Seafood by ANIL UZUN will start in April.   

The lessons will have 15 classes that will last 13h 12m in total.
